This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Stagify, operated by Timur Kozmenko.
1. 7-Day First-Payment Refund Window
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of your first subscription payment (the “Refund Period”) if you have submitted fewer than six (6) photo uploads during the Refund Period. Only one (1) refund is permitted per person, regardless of the number of accounts created.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Recurring Payments:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You will retain access to any remaining credits or features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
4. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution. Paddle handles all payment disputes in accordance with their policies.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date.
